Cool Saturday outing

Well, there is talk about some of you coming up to cheer on those of us crazy enough to put on our safety equipment and go out on the track at far greater speeds than legally allowed on our semi wide open highways......I say by all means, come on up......Perhaps you'll see how much fun it can be, and will join in the next time the track has an event...............What ever you decide to do, enjoy the day..........

Yours In Fords,

Bill S.

PS: No cruise for me this evening, got home, said "I'll just close my eyes for a few minutes, then change and get going to Wendy's in Denville"......Well, at 8:15pm, I woke up........Perhaps next week....................

Default 10% club

Bill,
I hope some of these guys show up and check out the open track racers. They will see that this is not all out competitive racing. Just running a little faster than most guys on the street but a whole lot safer. I still have plenty of openings for membership in the 10% club. Even EH is a new junior member. mrmustang will be rejoining this Sat.

I was talking with Tom and we thought about going up to Pocono to lend you guys some support.

What is the schedule? What time is everyone leaving, what time on the track, etc?

Anyone else game to go up with us?

Roscoe

Weather looks like it might get a bit sloppy.

Guys:

I do want to get up there. However, my wife reminded me my son has hockey tryouts Saturday morning. Gotta take him.

Thanks.

Speed Waxer and Junior member 10% club.

P.S. Any interest in Somerville cruise nights?

Cool

Latest forcast states rain Friday night in to early Saturday morning, then partly cloudy with a high of 83 degrees........I'll take my chances and load up the Cobra Friday night....Worse comes to worse, I throw the top up on it for the ride out to Pocono, then play it by ear.........

Bill,
I'll keep an eye on the weather. If what you say turns out then Tom and I will probably come up there. If not then I will help Olli mount his body.

Cranky,
You are right. The weather has been slowly improving. Spoke to Tom Raddin and he and I will be coming up to lend moral support. We will probably leave here around 8 or 9.

Anyone else want to caravan up with us?

See Ya,
Roscoe
