Glad you guys enjoyed breakfast!

I got busy during the week. I'm glad this breakfast thing took off. I think its a great idea. My ears were definitely burning on Sunday though. Didn't know why. But now I do.

Sundays around 9:00 to 10:00 are OK for me. Morristown/Hanover/Parsippany is better for me since I've got hockey stuff going on in Bridgewater in the early afternoon. There has to be a Perkins or something on Rt. 10 or something. How about Buxtons (is it still there? in Chatham?) That would be a good place for Sunday morning when the weather breaks in the spring for us to drive to. Morristown/Chatham is more central. Its probably about 20 minutes from Rockaway and about 20-25 from me.

Sorry I missed the breakfast.

P.S. John. The placement of the roll bar is clearly more important.

Default Evan....

...thanks for clarifying your position on rollbar placement versus period correct frame.

For a minute there, I thought you were going to slip and agree with me!

Stick to yer guns me boy.

...now I not only used 3M swirl remover on the 289, but I actually waxed it last night as well! I think a certain CSX owner is getting in my head while I sleep repeating like Alfalfa in the Little Rascals doing his "Learn That Poem...learn that poem..." thing:

"Wax that Cobra.....car shows are good......racing is bad.....a CSX4000 is a real Cobra...."

OOOOPS!!!!!! Went too far!

Hey McMahon:

I think you are mixing those blue pills with the little yellow ones again!

This winter I plan on getting all the bugs out and upgrading some things. I need to finalize the front ride height because my tires are hitting the fenders on tight right turns when I punch it. Also have to get the final castor/camber/alignment finished. I will also be upgrading the front brake calipers. With these and a few other minor details out of the way I will be ready for my debut at Pocono with PDA this spring/summer.

The problem with some of these other tracks is they do not run on weekends and it is hard for me to take off a couple of days during the week. Also with no trailer, Pocono is real close to home. There is no db restriction either. They also have a nice easy East(?) track for a novice like myself to break in (no pun) on.
And no problems with a single roll bar.

Roscoe

Default Wha?????

...Mommy,is that you??? I'm married to Morgan Fairchild, blaaaaa.

Damn Roscoe, you busted me again! It wasn't the blues and the greens it was the blues and the YELLOWS!!!!

You can't go wrong with 1 degree neg camber and an 1/8 inch toe in. Ain't so critical for the kind of driving we do.

The Glen event in October is on the weekend (again hopefully!).
Unfortuantely most tracks are already booked on the weekends and sometimes cost twice as much too.

I think Elkhart Lake is on the weekend too.

Talk to Cranky about possible "lead/follow" sessions at the Glen to get around the rollbar issue. (no Db limits either).

If nothing else, bring up the whole cruising crew (Evan too!) and enjoy the Club Cranky hospitality. Much different and more fun in person than online.

Initiation into Club Cranky consists of having to work with Don "the human buttcracks" booty toasted monkey wrenches as well as giving Cranky an alcohol induced lap dance.
