Seriously, Tristates is just a very loose group, who gets together when we can. I'm working on starting a true Cobra club for the PA, DE and South Jersey area. The idea is really just to get together, plan activities, make friends, etc.... E-mail me all your info. We're hoping to have our first meeting after the holiday season.
