Exclamation Nice...but..

...get there early (like, 4:30 p.m.) if you expect to park and walk around checking out the other stuff. Very, very popular spot with a diversity of iron that's really neat.

Get there at 6:30 or so and you'll do you looking from the driver's seat.

Double parked Cobras.

I've never been down to Somerville with the Cobra. How many are going this Friday?

Default O.K....

This is an every-Friday-Nite event. People/cars show up, park, wander, B.S., etc., etc. Show is right on Main St. downtown Somerville - drop down 202 to the Somerville circle, and go east to Main St.

Plenty informal....just find a place to park and drift arund looking at all that's there. Cars come and go (to some extent), cruise the main drag. That's pretty much it. There's really nuthin to plan for; show up and gawk is what it's about.

But show up after about 6 and parking is non-existant. Not a problem unless you want to walk around looking at stuff.

Somerville is as discribed by others, a place to meet on nice friday nights through out the summer. Along main street there are a number of restruants and normally a lot of different cars.

I'm hoping to get there early to get a good parking spot and I can try to save spot if I know someone else is coming.

If I can, I'll be there. What is the best time to get there?

Do you have a final rollcall as to who is going?

Anybody have an idea how far that is from me? Maybe we can all pick one Friday night, coming up, and try to get together there.

Geez, unbelieveable how quickly the summer schedule fills up. Right now, trying to balance time for: Carlisle, Cobra Revolution II, DVSFIV, FFR open house, at least 3 or 4 open track days, a few cruise nights, and a small vacation somewhere in there. Yikes...the wife sure won't be happy...

Steve,

65 miles sounds to far. Don't always trust map quest.
It's about 10 miles from Flemington or 15 miles from the 202 river bridge. Hope this helps. Stright up 202 north to main street Somerville.

I won't be able to make it Friday night.

Anyone have any interest in a breakfast meeting Sunday morning? (Although I should warn you, I may have to cancel on that too )

Turnpike,
Yes, baby has me up late. And Joshua doesn't sleep much either.

So what do you guys think of trying to pick a night in July or August to all meet?

The weather was a little questionable early but in the end it was a nice night. Four cobra's showed up and well over 100 other cars.
