Question Small Block Ford Crate........Where & How Much?

Been searching the internet left and right for a small block ford crate engine, either long block or turnkey would do.

So the question for you guys is........

Anyone have experience with buying one online or know of a builder local to south/central jersey or eastern pennsylvania?

Is it possible to find a turnkey ford small block ( 350 hp + or - ) for around $4500 or so?

Starting to plan the Cobra project at last..........

I've been to the Engine Factory's shop. You can eat of their FLOOR! it is spotless and very organized. That alone says a lot about a builder. Chris is great and easy to talk to.

Took a second look at the site again. I may have to raise my budget a little though.

I found a very nice turnkey 400hp ford for a hair over $5,000. This may be the way to go.

Thank you for the advice, I do plan to swing by the shop to see the place and meet the guys in person.

Hopefully all goes well and we can do business!

Try your local Ford Racing dealer and purchase one of the various Ford Racing small blocks. I purchased the 351W/385hp. I have currently logged 1300 miles and it's been a lot of fun.
