Looking to rent a Cobra (NJ)
hey everyone-
my name is kelly . i live in nj by great adventure. I am getting married in spet of 09 and am trying to find someon willing to rent me their cobra for 2 hours for my wedding day. This is my fiances dream car. I would liek to use it from our ceremony site jenks beach to crystal point yacht club about ten minutes away. and then have some pictures taken. If anyone is willing i am willing to pay. please get in contact with me and i really appericiate it. thanks so much

Can we rent your fiancé? 
Good luck...you might want to call the Manhattan Car Club. They have a Cobra for their members use. There are a couple of other exotic rentals that might be able to accomodate you. |

My old cobra spf 0995 use to be a rental in Las Vegas. Then I loaned it to my friend.......Now it is my avitar.

I believe the issue at hand here is going to be of a liability standpoint. The cobra being a hi performance, short wheelbase car that takes years to get the hang of in the hands of someone for two hours might be more trouble than it's worth. I do wish you and your future husband a long and healthy live together, but starting it out in a car that could kill if you make just one small stab of the throttle you may not be the way to go.
