Morristown meet for the drive to the revolution
I believe the bank that we met at last year in Morristown is a PNC, but I could be wrong. How does 8:30 sound for a meet time? Then if we hear from Chaplin, we could meet him somewhere on 202.

It starts when you get there!
Technically, it begins around 11 am. That said, we do get a bunch beginning around 9:30, and the bulk from 10 on. So - don't worry about the start time.....it starts when you get there!

So who else is up for meeting in Morristown and making the drive down to Washington's Crossing? So far it looks like me and Joe K.

Just a quick update for everyone....
So far, we're up to about 33 cars pre-registered. So we haven't quite hit the magic 50 number yet, but I will say that we're a good 30% ahead of previous years. Usually, we have about 25 cars pre-register and another 15-20 that show up the day of the event. So I think it's looking very promising to have our largest turn out ever. In addition to the Cobras, we've got a few Daytona coupes coming, and a handful of Shelby Mustangs coming.
The forcast is calling for bright sunshine!!! Finally!! But they are saying it's going to be hot. We will have plenty of cold water and soda at the ready for everyone. And the cruise route ends at a local ice cream shop. Don't forget your shades.
Really looking forward to seeing everyone there!
Steve

klayfish, any problems if a non-cobra owner attends? Is it okay to take pictures? I'm presently doing a bit of research on which mfr I want to go with, and several have recommended that I check out your meet.
Thanks for any guidance you can offer.

Ray,
While I'm not Steve (nor do I play him on TV), I can tell you that all are welcome.......Also, I'll let you in on a little secret, Steve does not own a Cobra right now...Having sold it first for a Viper, then for a supercharged Mustang, and now a late model Corvette Who knows, I might get him to buy a Miata next

C'mon down!
Ray, come and take all the pictures you want - I'm pretty sure most will let you sit in a car to see how it fits you, too. I have a Unique and you are welcome to try it on for size.
So - the answer(s) is YES.

Gee Bill, thanks for bringing me out of the closet and throwing me to the wolves.... Cobra ownership again is still in my future...just hopefully before I reach the age of incontinence.
Rick,
Sorry, that's one improvement that we need to make for next year. I've had several requests for confirmation of registration. Right now, I basically keep an Excel spreadsheet that I update as I can. But I'm supposin I dun need to get more sophistimicated and do e-mail confirmations next year.
Absolutely you are free to join us Ray, and take all the photos you want. Who knows, you may even capture something that will make good blackmail material with one of the group....
Steve

Hey Steve,
I did originally leave out the minivan and the John Deere riding mower. From what I've heard from "Da Bunnies" you've spent more time riding the mower than driving the Corvette collecting dust in your garage

Hey, Dave, what say you bring a couple of your finest and come join us? - Backdraft is represented, gotta think that a Kirkham showing would help make the day. I'll even buy your way in .

Northern NJ caravan
The place in Morristown we met at last year is at the intersection of South Street and Rt124 - behind the Chase Bank.
How about meeting there about 9 a.m. driving down together? One route we can take is 287 south to 202 south, across the bridge, then 32 south.
Chaplin, do you want us to meet you somewhere on 202 south of Flemington? Give us place to look for you and we can pick you up. So far, it is me and cbmax. Anyone else?

cbmax,
Yeah, I can meet you at New Orleans Stakehouse. I live in Jefferson and can go down Berkshire Valley Road. About 8:30 or so?
We can go to Morristown and hang for a bit to see if anyone else shows up.
