Paul: With the carbs tilted 10 degrees, remove the jet screens, and the main jet emulsion tube assemblies and look at the relationsip of the fuel level and the passage to the auxilliary venturies. As long as the fuel level is below the opening it will not drip unless the fuel is heated and percolates. Adjust the float to achieve the required level. Doing so will probably change the requred Emulsion tube from what is necessary for an uncanted carb.
