Looking at my charts, the F16 has only one series of holes about 2/3rd of the way up from the bottom, but is .2 mm larger in diameter than the F11. I think the F11 with its multiple levels of holes, would be more "Flexible" in a street driven car. Where the F16 might be better with foot to the floor.
