Bay Area meeting spot - Thursday
Sounds like Walnut Creek truck scales is the place to be on Thursday for most coming from the south and central Bay Area. We will plan to meet you there - I am sure details will become more focused as we get closer.

We can meet up in San Jose Thursday morning. As the time gets closer and we figure the meeting time up north we can set a time. Should be about a 45 minute drive not counting coffee.

To all drivers coming through Walnut Creek Thursday, May 18th. There is lots of room to park around the truck scales. For now, may I suggest 10 am to meet? Scott if there is a problem with getting here at that time, let us know, or just get up earlier...LOL.
Looks like we have Bill, Scott, Greg, John, Tom and 4 Pipes Dave.

For those that are thinking about buying or building a car, the Western States Cobra Bash is the place to be in May. There are 115 Cobras registered manufactured by no less than 27 different companies. Four Daytona Coupes and 9 GT40's from 5 different manufacturers. There are people coming from 8 states as well as Canada to attend this great weekend in Reno/Sparks.
CA 81, NV 10, WA 9, OR 6, ID 3, UT 2, AZ 2, CO 1 and Canada 1.
I also have heard that the 2 from AZ are coming via Canada. I would guess that their map reading skills need a little work. I'm from ID and working on getting at least 4 more people to attend so we can pass OR and not get caught by UT. If none of these reasons are enough motivation to get you to attend, consider that it is a great weekend of camaraderie, cool cars, pretty girls and fun . Just ask anyone that attended last year. See you there.
OK, so it was a slow morning at work and NO I'm not an accountant!

By the way the hotel said that there were less than 10 rooms left at the group rate so hurry up if you plan on going.

I have just registered and I am looking forward to meeting up in Reno. I will be driving down from Lewiston Idaho. Any one else going from my area or along the way? I can flex my schedule to join up along the way.

Destination Note / Sparks
Just a friendly reminder for those people wondering about the final destination. FYI -
WSCB 2006 is in Sparks, Nevada this year; not Reno, Nevada. There is a Nugget in Reno, and we are in the John Ascuagas Nugget Resort in Sparks, not Reno.

Hi Maurice,
You are welcome and its GREAT to hear you decided to register and that you are attending. Please let me know if you are planning on attending as an attendee spot or if there are still arrangements for you to put your car in one of the vendor spots. It changes what your location/badge will be. Let me know before April 16th. Thanks, Duane
