Weather keeps changing, along with the attendees, but if it looks good Saturday morning, with possible light showers, I think we should still go! Heck if we were bikers, there would be no question about going.
I will be leaving my house at 8AM to get to Einsteins a little early to set up. If anyone wants to follow me out, be at my place before 8AM. Anybody else wanted to get on the list or know anyone who would like to join us have them come along.

Well the weather doesn't look very promising. If its sunny in the morning I will probably take a ride to Einstein's and see who else shows up, at that point we'll decide to continue or cancel. If its storming, you know the answer, we'll just pick a different date.

Saturday morning, rains have come through early, but are still lurking around for a later strike. I will take a ride to Einstein's, but I have officially cancel the Poker Run and will reschedule for another day.
If a few show up to Einstein's we can still take a short trip away from the weather staying closer to home.

Weather standards are being set too high these days - perfection in Chicagoland weather is rare. See you at Einsteins.

It stayed very hot out in Princeton yesterday, but the rain held off until late evening. Oh well, can't outguess Mother Nature.

Ya, can you believe it a perfect day for the Poker Run. The weather turned out to be perfect, and we only had five cars show. Thanks for the few true die hard Cobra drivers we had a great drive, but we only ran a modified dry run, no games played, no prizes, and no money won, so we can reschedule for another day.
Maybe we can discuss a new date at the July gathering this Thursday. Need to review the WCCC event schedule for July or August or even in September. I'm also thinking maybe we could ask other car clubs to join in for a larger Poker purse. What does everyone think? See ya Thursday.

I work Saturdays and some Sundays at Bristol Renaissance Faire from July 10 to Sept. 6, but I'll join the Poker Run if it's on one of my days off.
