Hi everyone,

Everyone should have received an e-mail that discussed our Wienerville III car show and I've received several positive replies. Looks like this with be another great WCCC event but the more the merrier.

However, it was brought to my attention I used an obsolete club mailing list, my bad; consequently not everyone may have received a copy. So call or e-mail me directly if you did not receive it or drive over for a copy and a cold one.

I'm back in the great northwest (of Chicago) since Saturday evening but think I'll make the return trip of 1860 miles to get away from this frozen tundra!
Besides I left the snake where there is no possibility of a frozen/cracked block.
WTF am I doing back here, Ralph!

Wolfie, that's not a "tee shirt".
And if you're wearing it, well, it wouldn't fit like a shirt....

What is the start and end time? If the weather is supposed to be nice, I can do the show on the way to Blackhawk Farms for Monday.

What is going on at Blackhawk on Monday, Renlady???

Lotus Corps is having their May track day on Monday. Ed is going up to track the Exige and I'm hoping to take the Cobra out for lunchtime tracking - if the weather permits.

As the show will be done by 4, that gives me plenty of time to get up to Beloit to meet everyone for dinner. As you all know, I'm willing to drive it in the rain (maybe a little more carefully than I did before), so I'll be there.

Did you have a "bad day" in the rain?

Guys,

I’m not superstitious and don’t want to offend any weather gods but… Sunday’s weather is looking “promising” for our WCCC WienerVille III car show. Currently Sunday’s weather forecast is sunny and cool with a chance of showers. (Rest assured I’ll be making offerings to the sunshine god to keep the rain clouds away.) So if you’ve signed up for the show our just happen to be out cruising in the area…drop in to just say hello. This is an open event and has been advertised weekly in the local newspaper.

Since I’m an eternal optimist, Sunday will be a beautiful day; a tentative rain date has not been scheduled. Stay tuned to this thread for further updates.
