I will be leaving my house at around 8AM heading for the Cracker Barrel should anyone want to tag along. It's going to be HOT today, don't forget the sunscreen.

Well I'm home at 4:30, seems that everyone went their own way after the DQ hope all got home okay. Man it was HOT today, 94 degrees. Hope all had a good time, Kate are you okay or should we call you Red from now on.

Wasn't to impressed with the brunch, but you just don't know until you try it.

Please send me you pictures and I will put together a CD with everyone's photos and make copies for all that attended.

Thanks for joining me on the ride. Fred

Jerry: Glad you got home OK - would have been tough pulling off, hung in the left lane coming back trying to catch up with Renlady - couldn't do it, she knows how to "hammer down".

Fred: Great event, not just saying that because I got the trophy (pictures to be posted later). Great to see everyone, and getting to know some of the new members. Thanks again Fred-O!

I've got to get in touch with the Pontiac Museum curator - I have some Pontiac stuff in the basement that is collecting dust (probably for a good reason - Fiero stuff). He can have it.

What is the over/under on cold showers within 15 minutes of after arriving home? I bet 20 (100% of attendees).

I'm apparently ok, but even with all the extra sunscreen, I'm a little pinkish , so you can call me Red if you'd like to. Won't guarantee that I'll remember to answer, as my brain burned off in the heat.

Had a great time today! Thanks for all the planning and rescheduling, Fred, it was worth the trip!

I tried to drop back to reorganize our group, but every time I lifted, so did everyone else around us. And I figured if you were going good enough to catch up, we could keep up that pace. And as Ed reminds me, I do love speed! I just wish Chicago traffic was a little better this afternoon.

We had to rearrange cars for tomorrow when I got home, but once I got inside I was in the cold water within 2 minutes!

Thanks Fred that was fun! The last bank thermometer I saw in Pontiac said 99 degrees so I hammered down on I 55 trying to catch the first group. A few spurts in the triple digits, but I never caught them. But we got home in time to wash the windows on the sunny side of the house and while the sun was still nice and hot we painted the entire exterior of the house. Then we sat down and had a cold beer and took a hot shower. Man that was awesome!
