Thumbs up 100 Day Snake & Eggs

This year ya'll gonna come down South for the Snake & Eggs !

The 10:00 breakfast will be Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Kingsbury Waffle & Pancake House at 5420 W. 159th Street in Oak Forest IL 60452.
After breakfast you're welcome to take a drive South to Kankakee.
Looking at 10 inches of snow as I write this, I'm looking forward to seeing everyone and taking the Cobra out !

I'm in for breakfast...probably do not have the time to drive south.

I hope my doors are back on by then.

I'll be there as well, I hear the time has changed to 10AM, Wolfie will be bringing a spare gas can and Mark might be wearing a skirt?

It's certainly springtime in Chicago ... the warmish rain this morning melted the last of the snow, then there were more snowflakes in the air when I left work tonight.

I'll be at 100 days! Probably in the Cobra, rain or shine!

Just realized that this is the same weekend as a class I wanted to take. Grrrrrrr. Will likely still come to S&E as the class will be done again later this year.

If anyone would like to Caravan down to Kingsberry for the 100 days S & E, I was thinking from my house, of going down 355 to Butterfield, east to Meyers, south to 31st street east to Spring Street south, which ties into York just north of Ogden, then take Ogden to 294 south, to 55 north to LaGrange Rd south to 131st street east to Harlem (43) south to 159th east to the restaurant. I can also hop off at the Hinsdale Oasis, which might be a good spot to meet, if there are others coming in from the North. If we leave the Oasis by 9AM we should arrive at Kingsberry before 10.

Or if running late we could meet at the Oasis at 9AM and stay on 294 south to 159th Street west to Kingsberry, if we leave the Oasis by 9:10AM we should arrive by 9:40AM. Pick your poison!

If anyone wants to tag along please meet at my house, so we can leave by 8:30AM or at the Oasis by 9AM.

Great breakfast and drive! We might have a new member too!
I did underestimate the power of the early spring sunshine and have a good start on my first sunburn of 2013. :-(

Nice event today, looks like as the day progressed the temps rose. Hope the drive was fun, very jealous that I don't have my car put back together to join in on the fun.
