Trailer?
I am considering driving down to B&B in Missouri in th fall to pick up my body. Anyone know of a reasonable place to rent an open trailer or have one that I could rent/borrow for a long weekend?

Uhaul?
I'd sooner pour fiberglass dust down my pants than rely on Uhaul again. But many times, its the only game in town.

Sometimes U-haul has a local cut rate, and they will not count Sun. Bring it back to the same shop on Mon. and pay for one day. Anything within 24hr drive is possible.
Just a thought.

Rich,
Why did you get rid of the FFR? Is the LA complete or in pieces? At first I was confused by your remark about the fender liners until I put together the relation between LA Exotics and B&B. Have you talked to Bryan at all about the liners?
Thanks for the offer. When the time comes, maybe we can work something out. I am still trying to balance the have it delivered versus picking it up. Picking it up spells road trip and visit to the factory + some savings on the shipping charges. Having it delivered means I can use the vacation day for something else and can let someone else worry about the precious cargo. As I am looking at this, renting a trailor + gas + day off is more than having it delivered. But there is the experience.

I still have your shirt!! I think we all owe dues still. BTW, the shirt has your FFR number on it if you remember correctly.

Rich,
Are you going to be at the show today? I have your shirt. Have you talked to B&B about your fender liners? I keep thinking about the 20+ hours driving, 10+ of them with my body on a trailer and am not sure if this is the route I want to go. Having it delivered in B&Bs enclosed trailer seems better every day, but I could probably buy something with the $400.00 that I would save. If I do decide to have it delivered, we could have them throw in whatever you need. I also have regular UPS comming from them, as I am buying parts as I need them, so if you need parts here and there, I could have them thrown in with mine to save shipping. Keep Finishline in mind for some of the parts though.
