Sounds like a plan to me!!!
Bill lives nearby and no offense to Bill, but Rick's garage will be a tough act to follow! Kim (my wife) ever kicks me out, I'm going to live in Rick's garage. It's the Taj Mahal ( although Toy Collector's got a pretty good garage going !). Hmmm... Garage Envy... What will they think of next?

My garage is come together...I have started to mark my territory. First with the big Miller sign I got at DVSFII. Next marker will be the cobra!

Rick how is your ride coming along? I would love to see that engine hoist set up in use! BTW did you have the garage heater installed while the house was being built or after? I'm looking to put one in next winter when I have the cobra.

GS, I'm finally begining to shop for parts for my build. Currently looking into rear axle options. Probably going to narrow a 8.8 inch so i can fit deep dish 15 inch halibrand wheels. Going for the retro look here.
So, your gettin the nursery/garage ready for the new arrival. Have you decided on a manufacturer? Made a deposit? As far as the heater goes, I installed it myself after the house was built. I tapped into a gas line in the basement, bought the compact heater from a HVAC supplier-cost around $400, hung it from the ceiling, cut a 4inch hole in my garage wall (ouch) to vent it and walah instant heat. I can give you more details on the furnace if you like, let me know.
Well back to the classifieds.
Rick.

Midstates, no deposit yet. been working out all the options, finally got it down to wheels and tires. Everything else is set even paint scheme(for now!) Need to change info under avatar date has moved to November sometime. Guess I won't be putting a deposit down on my birthday. Oh well.
The garage needs a LOT of work. I got cracks in the concrete, need to figure out flooring if any. Will be sharing space with my dad's car. (I official desided not to move out.)
I was looking at RaceDeck as a flooring option but have not priced it out yet. I'm planning on painting and putting up shelves. Most of it will happen middle in the fall or early winter 2003. As money comes in I'll finish up little by little.

I purchased a fan set from the owner of Race Deck. He sent me a sample and some literature with it. The tile is nice looking, but very plastic. $1.20 or so per square foot adds up! Still would like to put it in my garage someday if I could recover the garage.

I have the motor dropped in. Putting in a replacement firewall. I think I am going to try to order the body sometime soon.
Yes, I am going on the 27th.
