Next WCCC Meeting -- Your Input is Needed
Hi all.
In an effort to allow more of our members, especially those coming from afar, to attend our meetings, we are trying to schedule a Saturday Meeting.
The tentative date/time is Saturday April 5th at 12PM.
I'm think that I've found a good casual place for a meeting (that doesn't make us prepay any money)...
There is a great place called the Hubcaps Diner at 4663 North Ruby in Schiller Park, IL. Its a 50's style restaurant and bar, not real busy. Thanks to the Buick Gran Sport Club for recommending it....
How does the date/time/place work for everyone? If its good, I will confirm it with the Hubcap!
This will just be a general club meeting, trying to lay out some events for next year and have some fun...Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks,
C.

I figure the sooner the better.
4-5-03 is ok with me.
However Chuck, you should check twice with Hubcaps I'm not sure if they open that early.
I remember going there once during the day and they were closed.

Chuck,
Sorry I'm out of town that weekend. I missed the last Club meeting and would hate to miss this one. Any chance of Saturday April 26th???
Rick.

Hubcaps open on Saturdays at 12PM, and they say its usually pretty quiet.
Rick, I'd like to stick with this date instead of pushing it back to the 26th. But, I think that we could have another meeting around the first part of May...Maybe a tune up day or a tech session or something like that.
How is your build going?

Chuck, unfortunately I will be out of town that weekend due to Spring Break. Would definitely like to be there but if everyone else can make it, then I'll have to catch up with you later on the details. Spring Poker Run is set for May 18 I assume so I will forward on the details to you to cover with the folks in attendance. Thanks, Gary

Gary, that would be great... We've got general info about the Spring Cruise in the March newsletter, with directions, detailed info and the such to be in the April/May newsletter.
