WHOA fellas!
I have created a monster!
Arcenio, NO we are NOT using the same hotels. Sorry for the confusion. Seems all the hotels BUT Cross Country have done everything they said they would do. CC, over booked -again. CC-cancelled "confirmed" rooms and gave them away - again. Seems CC charged extra charges to some peoples credit cards-again (?)
The Hampton and Fairfield are a GO. However, DV Jr. is working with another group of hotels right across the street, well sort of, turn right or south off the freeway vs. north or left.
We will get this done ASAP!
DV -- We're workin on the IV, we really are

I'm booked also.
Who's driving their cars and who's trailering? Probably too early to tell.

Hi
Hope everyone had a nice Christmas! No, it's not to early to talk about going to this event, thats why I posted this subject for our club. By talking about this our members have made reservations at motels already, and have avoided being left out of the fun. The next step is to talk about, and present ideas about the trip, trailering-not trailering, who has trailers, what stops do we want to make along the way, where and what time do we want to meet up for this caravan, what type of repair equipment do we want to bring along. There are hundreds of ideas and concerns that we can discuss to make this a flawless trip. So bring your ideas to the Winter meeting/party. Plan on haveing some fun and discussing club and trip events. Your ideas, concerns and experiences are valuable and useful in planning a great trip. Hope everyone has a safe and happy New Year and that we see you at the party.

WCCC members, if you are going to DVSF4 get in touch with me as we are setting up a list and would like to include you in the planning. Some events have been planned by DV and we expect them soon on the web site. We are looking for trailers and tow vehicles, any leads?

With or without my cobra I'm there!
And I have an empty back seat in case someone needs a ride.

I'm going too. I just need to lock down a trailer. Since I don't have a top, I don't want to get caught in the rain. I'm reserved at the Hampton. Did we decide where we are meeting the caravan?

I am booked at the Hampton. I have been looking at purchasing a trailer, but have not been able to pull the money out of my wallet for the nice aluminum ones that I have fallen in love with. U-Haul is no longer an option for me, unless I find another dealer. I am going to try Taylor rental by us for the registration inspection. For those of you near Villa Park, Craig at Advantage Trailer ( www.advantagetrailer.com) indicated that he has a car hauler that he rents out. I have been working with him on a trailer purchase.
