Marty
Lets make sure to talk about this at todays meeting - are they going to let us come back into the Hampton, or do we need a new 'official' motel?

CORRECTION: My fault! The dates are the 24/26th!
DV...if it ever gets warm in here, I might slow down and do a better job at proof-reading!

The Hampton was awsome! Why would they not want us back? We paid our bills and never made a mess. We where very nice to the staff there. Ok we joked a little about....oh ok I see now..."note to self don't talk about....."

Hi
The Hamptons phone # is 614-851-5599. We are planning on arriving Thur. and leaving on Mon. morning. A side trip on the way home is a visit to the Wright Paterson air Museum.

Hi everyone,
I've just made my DVSF 5 Hampton reservation today arriving on Thursday June 23rd and leaving on Monday June 27th. We’re definitely going to have a good time!!
Marty, I visited Wright Paterson Air Force Museum several years ago and it’s just unbelievable. I’m a former EAA member; love vintage airplanes and the history of flight. The museum contains several hundred vintage airplanes in three hangers, two on site, one a short drive away and another dozen parked adjacent to the museum. It’s well worth the short drive to Dayton and plan to visit again. Bring a camera and plenty of film.

Mike,
If you are planning a Wright Patterson AFB Air Force Museum trip, I strongly suggest allocating at least an entire day. The museum includes too many airplanes, aeronautical displays, history memorabilia etc. to enjoy in less time.
Badman.

A Wright-Patterson tour sounds like fun. How far is it from London?

For those that have been there--
Are any of planes setup such that we could get pictures of our cars parked next to them?

Ah-HA! So it was 'you' that registered! May I answer this for you?
"WE" have not opened up the registration for the DVSF V yet. In the nightmare from last years web site, the 2003 registrations- bleeding over to the 2004 registrations, the DVSF IV was not shut off, allowing registrations to still be made. IT IS shut off NOW!
In other words, when you registered last week (?) it was for DVSF IV, not 'V'. When I found out I had John, our web guy immediately return your money. Rest assured, when we do get the DVSF V registration ready to roll, we'll let you know!

Ed,
I missed DVSF4 due to a sudden and unforseen surgery. I had "perfect Fling attendance" up until then. I'm not worried about the $100 registration fee that I forfeited, but I had shirts from each of the first 3 Flings. Are there any DVSF4 shirts left, so that I can keep my collection complete?

Dirty Harry,
Yes I do. Limited sizes, mostly XXL. I will reserve (?) number for you, just tell me what sizes and how many.

PS-I'll even make sure I get you a coffee mug! Heck, give me your address and I'll mail it/them to you.
