Hagerty has NOT written Cobra replica insurance for several years now. and they DID have restricitions as i had 3 cars with them for several years until they started not handling cobra replicas.
BDR is an abbreviation for the 'Backdraft Racing' brand of cobra replica, like SPF is an abbreviation for Superformance.
insurance continues to be tougher to get on these cars and more expensive. their claims ratio experience on these were high, hence more and more are getting out of covering them and being more restrictive when they do cover them...with increasing rates.
