No more Primer
Guys,
Finally got the cobra painted. Long gone is the ugly gray primer. I posted a couple of pictures in my gallery if you want to take a first look. I will be picking the car up this Saturday and can then start the final assembly. Its going to be a long time till Saturday!!

Hey, I never got a discount for my "Red" car. Was it because I have a blue stripe going across the fender?
Ron, Looks like a beautiful paint job! I really like the red metallic color. Sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be driving behind this car when police are present. It redefines arrest-me red. Ditto on the WOWs

Impressive! Something about the smell of a fresh paint job that stirs the senses! You chose a very striking color combo....good luck with the rest of the build.

Sid,
Weather permitting I plan to drive it to the meeting Saturday. Got the exhaust pipes back from LoKo today and will install them Wed. Just need to finish up the interior carpet and put the seats and belts back in. Hopefully I can get all this done before Saturday.
Is your car off the boat yet? Can't wait to see you driving it around.

You know, "Rat Rods" are really "in" right now. But NOOO, you had to buck the lastest fashion trend and get it painted something bright and shiny.
...looks great!
