WCCC Think Spring
Ok. Don't tell me I'm the only Illinois guy that couldn't resist todays weather. Who else fired up their tiny little bundle of joy and took a little spin?
I know I'm not the only one who couldn't resist.
Bring Spring.
Why don't we live in AZ?

AAWWWW...I sure thought about it... Probably a good thing my motor isn't done yet as it would have been tempting but there's still a lot of salt on the roads around here.
Peggy and I did take a ride up to New Glarus, WI, for a cup of coffee and a muffin but we took the truck.
It was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL afternoon. Yeah...why DON'T we live in AZ?

Well,
I worked on my baby this weekend hoping to get the car done by the next nice day. Made good progress, just need to get the exhaust back from the ceramic shop and install the interior. Days like this get you motivated to get things done. I have posted a couple new pictures in my gallery showing the current progress.
Sid, where's the freighter at thats holding your cobra?

in the atlantic...
Me wanna drive my cobra!!! Worked on the motor today. Man that was fun. Also watched Rich S. spill radiator fluid all over his garage and saw the viper V-10 drink 10 qts of mobil 1! Got the water pump on except for one bolt. Fuel pump is on. At the end relized that loc tite would be a good idea.
Will be back at it on the 12th.
Sid

Yeah Chris I took mine out today. How could I pass up an opportunity to fire up the machine and go cruising? Drove around for a few hours and racked up 80 miles or so. The weather was excellent and the sun felt nice and warm. There was a whole bunch of motorcycles cruising around but I didn't see any other cobras. What a bummer to think of all those cobras sitting in their garages. Spring is right around the corner and I can't wait. See ya!

Barn$nake,
Great garage set up and definitely love the lift!! Next time I'm changing my car’s oil, I may ask to borrow your facility. It would sure beat using a jack and car stands to work under my car.

I will be looking foreword to your visit.
I know what you mean about the jack and stands!
It is cold today.........No ride...........Back to work.
Hope the snake in the barn will be in the rafters this weekend.

Ed- Any chance that I could stop by one of these next weekends?
I drive through 176/31 intersection almost every day going
to work, and I think about swinging by, but never have
enough time.

Bob,
Stop whenever you get a chance.
I am about 90 to 95 % finished
in the barn. But if you ask my wife
she will tell you I have been saying
the same thing for about a year!
See you soon. Ed
