This thread is going to make me homesick! Volo was my second home on weekends when I lived out there. Always enjoyed their cars

JW,
I knew what you meant when you said "Volo was my second home on weekends." I've enjoyed numerous weekends at The Volo Auto Museum ogling their drop-dead car collection; but I've learned to leave my cash, credit cards, check book etc. at home.
If I ever win the lotto, am I going on a car buying spree!!!

Speed -- you got a point.....hmmmm...doubt the wife would go for it
Badman -- Once a month I would spend a morning at Volo and then over to Northern Illinios Classic (I think that is the name) on Rt 12 on the way to Volo. They usually had the cars to buy and more affordable than Volo. Volo prices always seemed high, but can't deny the fun of seeing all their cars.
Someone post pictures!

What time is everyone staying at VOlo until? Are we required to stay for a certain pariod of time? I will have Brandon, and he might get restless.

I know what you mean. We used to head up there every so often. There was (is?) another consignment place north of Volo on 12 too.

I called and registered with Volo this morning for a spot, which are almost filled. I was #193, but they said I could park with the club if I cover Blas for breakfast. I'm not sure I have enough cash on hand!!! LOL.
If you could be more specific about breakfast route 12 & 22?????
How about a town?
