Volo Participant
Count me in as car is now back together and ready to go! Blas, left message on WCCC as you mandated! Let me know if you need my help coordinating breakfast or brunch, without the Champaign. See everyone Saturday!

Arcenio's house?
First of all the only thing your gonna get at my house at 6:00 am is snoring.
Around 7:00ish coffee, 8:00ish chorizo con heuevos, y salsa picante.
In the afternoon beer, only time you get champagne is new years!

Arcenio,
I can't wait for your generous 8:00AM chorizo con heuevos y salsa picante breakfast offer. I'll be at your house at 7:30AM.
You really are a great guy!!!

The problem is that the owner of that Blue Cobra was not a member of WCCC, making the Red Cobra of Mike's the official winner!!!

Volo Update....
Ok, I just checked the Route 12 route out to Volo....
No real issues till you get to Route 22 & 12...thats were our usual Volo Event breakfast place WAS....It's closed...
12 from Route 22 to Volo is smooth sailing....
I did not see much between 22 and Volo....There was a "Panera" half way back between Route 68 & 22...at Dearpark Blvd. and Route 12 - west side of the road....for lack of anything better....about 20 mins from Volo....
So I'm open for suggestions....
We need to be at the Volo gate about 9AM.....
Registered members are as follows:
But you can register at the gate:
Bob M.
Joe A.
Ralph W.
Tom W. (ex-member)
Arcenio S.
Blas
Dave G.
Ed P.
Eric L.
Frank B.
Gary D.
Jeff K.
Kelly B.
Mark T. (sans car)
Ralph S.
Reed C.
Warren P.
John S. (fyi - ? your not registered ?)
And 12 other non WCCC members Cobra's...
Over 120 Shelby's are registered....
I'll be signing glove boxes in CS's absence....

There's a restaurant across from "our usual place" in Lake Zurich on the northwest corner of 12. It's called White Alps. It's blue and white.
572 W Main St Lake Zurich IL
Here's their menu... (Breakfast is in the lower right corner)
http://ylunch.com/ylunchnorthshore/w...mainmenu1.html
Also there's a place north of Volo on the water that has quite a brunch...
Michelle and I would like to join ya'll but I need a creative welder with experience in creating /fortifying upper coil over mounts (in a confined space.)
So we're playing it day to day...

There is a Walker Bros. Pancake house on Rt 12 in Lake Zurich at 767 S Rand Rd. 1-847-550-0006
Walker Bros are consistantly voted at top levels in rest. and if you haven't tried them, you should--just don't expect to walk rite in at 19 am on a Sunday

Blas,
Looks like I can get a kitchen pass and bring out my car for the first time. You mentioned earlier that the Volo website contained special info for WCCC members to register but I couldn't find anything. Do I just send in the regular form or is there something else I need to do?

Michelle and I will be going.
We're not registered but we'll bring our registration with and do it "day-of" since we're too close to garruntee getting mail there and back in time.
