Joe's FFR Coupe Build
Hi everyone,
Joe A. has asked me to invite everyone to see his FFR coupe at the body shop before it’s scheduled to be painted this week. We’ll meet at Joe’s between 4:30 and 5:00PM tomorrow, sorry for the late notice, so e-mail answer this thread or call Joe or me, if you can make it. (I’ll be there.)
Incidentally, Joe has chosen Ferrari RED for the body color. (What other color would a loyal son of Italy paint his car)? With a SB 427 cranking out 530 HP plus, this is going to be a sweet fast ride.

The 4:30 - 5:00PM may be a problem to meet at Joe's for a lot of guys, is there an address you can share with the members for the body shop perhaps?
If you don't want to give the address on this site, you can e-mail it to the group.

Great point Redsnake351....
I called Joe he and suggested meeting at the body shop between 4:30 and 5:00PM.
The body shop, called CORPO, is located at 1429 Wright Boulevard in Schaumburg. Their phone number is 847-895-4000. I’ll be there at 4:30PM.

Don't mean to be critical but tommorrow is always the day after today.
So you see Frank we need to know when IS today, or tommorrow?

You actually have a point there, ARCY! (But only if you're critical! )
Just in case Badman doesn't get on to see this in time, the answer is TODAY - THURSDAY. Now that it is clear you better show up otherwise we're going to have Marty chase you down. (After he gets home from Algonquin. )

Yesterday's tomorrow is like tomorrow’s yesterday:
Which is when Frank's tomorrow was originally referenced from...
I think Peter Paul and Mary summed it up in their song titled " Yesterdays Tomorrow"
Your shadows are fading, folding into mine;
Elusive my vision, sliding into time.
And softly I wake 'mid settling snow
Disturbing the morning with something I know.
Off in the distance, caring for me
Who could it be this stranger?
translation:
In the afternoon.
Joe wants company when he goes to the shop.
Geez, I should not have eaten tha burrito...
If the weathers not too bad.
Come to the shop (insert address here)
We have not seen everyone in a while...
Hope that clears it up.....

I took several pictures of Joe's car with my camera phone and will bring them to Saturday’s S & E breakfast.
I believe the body shop did an outstanding job with the Joe’s FFR coupe body. The fiberglass panel ridges were ground smooth, high spots filled, and the door and hood gaps are perfectly aligned. The doorsills and underhood were painted Ferrari RED and Joe estimates the car will be painted/buffed and returned to him for final assembly late next. He is confident he can complete the final assembly and will be trailering his new “toy” to London next month.
