Noobie here
Hello everyone,
Ive been a memeber to windycitycobraclub.com for a while but i think this is the first time ive actually posted on the forum. I live in Naperville. My father and i built a Factory five MKII roadster in 2004 and had a blast doing it. its a donor build with a Fully forged 306 (stock block) , Brodix heads, Cobra intake and a Vortech S-trim. Silver Cobra R's and painted a dark red! The Motor is currently bieng built at P.E.R. in Plainfield, IL and will be sent to Byron to be dyno tuned by NMRA superstar Mike Post. Il get some photos up soon but i hope to have the car back soon and id like to attend some meets, shows and snake and eggs this summer. Along with meeting everyone in the club. Cheers
Jason

Jason,
Yes, $1,00,000 is a lot of money. But that includes keys to the WCCC French Villa; a free flight on the WCCC corporate jet for you and your significant other to join the “mile high club”, and exclusive use of the WCCC Wrigley Field Cubs' Sky Box for the 2026 World Series.

Do you need some help? Many of us have experiance in assembiling Kits and we can be very helpful, just ask Sid. Seriously, if you need some help, just post and we can be there. After all it is Cobra season, don't be late for the fun. By the way, London is part of the fun, try to make it with or without your Cobra. London is part of the Cobra experiance that comes after you have the fun of putting this car together. Of couse if we come to help you, it's part of the experiance that comes after you straighten out our "profesional help". Just post!

The London Cobra Show is in London, Ohio: that's just East of Columbus. The event takes place at the end of June. It is a fairly large gathering of Cobras of all makes and models from all over the country. The Windy City Club is usually well represented. I would guess we will end up with 25 or so in attendence. Most people will be leaving Thursady morning and returning Sunday.
It is just a good time. It allows people to meet-up with old friends from around the country and make new ones.
If you can make - it's worth the effort; with or without you Cobra.
