Thanks a big bunch
I am really grateful for the turn-out and what we got accomplished today! It was an unbearably hot day, but that didn't stop the WCCC troops. The only thing besides me that is worn out is the battery on the SOX homer bottle opener (how did that happen?)
All the cars are back in the garages and the neighborhood has returned to its' quiet self - until the next time rolling thunder returns.
I have some good pictures, just need to figure out how best to post. Frank - you left your gloves - I'll run them back over to you some evening next week, unless you need them sooner.
Again thanks and I look forward to the day when I can return the favor. See you at the picnic.

Tim, et al,
Sorry I couldn't make it yesterday. I didn't notice the CC thread until yesterday morning and tried to make alternate Saturday/Sunday plans but a pigeon race intervened (long story).
If you're still working today and need some help, PM me or, better yet, give me a call, as I'm looking for an excuse to get outta town. I drove up to Oshkosh for the air show on Monday and I spent yesterday at the threshing show in Freeport, so any gasoline-powered diversion from yard work would be welcome.
Otherwise, looking forward to meeting you at the pic-a-nic.

Lowell,
Your email has been crashing for a month now....
You are missing all the WCCC emails...and....
Your email notification from Publishers Clearing House that you had won $10,0000.000...if your replied by July 29, 2006...
I got a regular mail notification yesterday that you did not respond to their emails....so some guy who's name is really long and goes by the nickname "Sid" was the next lucky name drawn....Lucky Guy, who ever he is.....

AAAAARRRRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!
I wondered why I wasn't hearing from youse guys. If you see that "Sid" guy driving around in his original Shelby, purchased with his sweepstakes winnings, ask him if he'll give me a ride. Or...tell him I'll give him a couple thousand bucks for it when the exhaust pipes fall off.
We did get a new email address a couple of months ago and I've emailed you since, but you probably replied with a new email using my old address rather than using the "return" option...and I thought you were dissin' me... I'll PM you the new email address.
Jerry: Where in Sycamore? I could visit my daughter and son-in-law and new grandson! in DeKalb and head up there for the car show. Are you going? Maybe I'll just head over there and take a look around if I don't hear back from you. Joliet is too far to go for drag racing, with Byron and Cordova so close to home.
Anyway, see ya at the pic-a-nic.

Thanks, Arcenio

Arsenio: If you want a hard copy of the Breeze catalogue, I can drop a copy off to my folks place in Prospect Heights and you can pick it there or I can take a crack at finding your place - I'll be in PH around 5P today. Let me know.

What? Does anybody just walk into your house?
Did you happen to find that horse head at the bottom of your bed when you awoke this morning?

I have been looking for an in line filler for the cobra,
the one that Tim has from BREEZE would be exactly what I need.
Unfortunately they do not carry that item anymore......
The ones I have found all have the radiiator cap and overflow fitting.
I don't need one of those, I have a cap on the radiator, and an overflow.
