You guys are not beating up on Vettes at the track, you are beating the Vette drivers. The REAl Vette racers are at the Race track beating up on most of the REAl Cobra racers.

Oh let's put the dog before the cat. I meant challenge as in the discussion of Cobra vs vette and Arcy's poor helpless little 6 cylinder. However, it looks like Arcy got a little fiesty and Mike is bandwagoning. That's ok, go ahead and pick on the rookie with a one legged diff. However, I believe last time Arcy was the bug and Mr big dog with his tiny small block took only a half second advantage with a removed air breather, drag radials and a lighter car.
I guess the flames are going to be stoked now, but I didn't start it.
By the way, I already told you guys what BMW stands for... BITE MY WIENER
Now back to the topic at hand, but I'm sure it won't last.

Ralph, you heard Sid say that? Because when I told the guys this while on one of our repair Sid's car endeavors it was in Sid's defense when they were harassing him and he emphatically agreed with my interpretation.
Is you car going to be in good shape by the 16th?

OK, so it's Bite My What's that noise.
Not familar with the term "bandwagoning" is that BDR lingo for "stop pickin on me"?
Does Byron let you race wearing Izod apparel?
Maybe the fastest Vettes are convertibles & can't race with no roll bars.
"Line em up", (Arcy, 2006)
Any Vettes from Illinois out there?

Wow,
You guys crack me up...
I'd be afraid of you guys too if I had a stock vette.
Be carefull though. Last time at Byron there was a guy with a C5 vette running 9's. Parachute and all.
Maybe I'll put my parachute on so I can run in the 9's too.
Wait that won't work. I don't have a vette. Silly me.
I'll just have to live with my lame 11 sec time slips. How about you Jeffko?
How does that one wheel wonder hook up? Don't you have like 100 hp more than little ol poor me?
Sorry, I couldn't let this happen without joining in. You know how it is. See you on the 16th in my leiderhosen...

Maybe Sid and Jeff would feel more at home if I smoked them at the track in my Mini Cooper? Those are made by the guys at Beat My Weiner!!! Forget that crap, I would probably run in the 12's like those two then.
NOT WORTH IT.

Maybe Blas would let me run his car at the track so he can have and 11 sec time slip too. That would really rub those guys the wrong way. What do ya think Mike?
Then Mike can run Franks car.
This could be fun.
Lets all trade cars and see if we can beat the owners time in someone else's car?
I want to drive lipsticks to a 12.5 just to drive him crazy.
Is it considered cheating if lipstick is running 138ci's more than me? NOT IF HE STILL LOSES...........

Funfest:
Isn't that where you throw coins and try to get them in little bowls with Gold Fish in them?
Or try to throw a basketball into an oval shaped hoop?

Holy snake shi?. Had a few drinks tonight Chris? Don't you even know who made your little mini pooper. You can get a big gulp at 7-11 that has a bigger straw then it exhaust pipe. You know, you are starting to sound more and more like Wolfie.
I would like to lineup with you so you could school me. You better start now on the excuses just in case things don't turn out the way you think they will. I'm going to take my BMW and put a little boost in your tank when you're not looking.

I was not speaking to you as a challenge, I know I can whip your car.
And I got the part about being a challenge to the corvette guys.
So next time don't think it's all about you Jeff.

I have been in a C6 Z06 and my SPF with a Roush 434 C.I. 562 hp mill has much more brutal acceleration. Getting the power to the ground through first and second is a little hard though, but once it hooks up say bye bye to the vette.

Arcy, Arcy, Arcy....don't you remember what happened the last time you said that as you were taking your car off the trailer? hhmmmm?
Like you said we will see if your poor little TURBO 6 can take my poor little homemade 8, but let's not forget the drivers. I think your going to need that slow start keep it pointed straight and let the turbo do the rest technique since you have a little age on me.
BMW=bummer my weekend! I guess my homemade 8 was to much of a strain for the weewend!

Kidding aside. There was one of those reaction time machines in a bar I was in not to long ago and a guy in his mid 30s schooled all 3 of us.
I guess that means Sid should be putting us all to shame at the track.

Did some drag racing at Union Grove last night with a couple vettes and others.
First one was a '04' modified supposedly with tuning program, throttle body, injectors and breather intake. I took it at 12.7 to 13.2 in the first race and 12.8 to 13.1 on the second.
Third race was Kelly with a 12.8 to 13.5
Fourth was a GSX that sounded and burned out mean so I spun worse yet off the line but his bark was bigger than the bite with it ending up at 13.2 to 14.3
Last race was with none other than a Z06. I spun out pretty badly again but took it with a 13.3 to 13.9 There is first hand info on a probably bone stock Z06.
Running mostly at night and a lot off cars there which mean cold tires that I could not control. I'm beginning to think 12.1 was pretty lucky and the only way into 11s is with drag radials. Best 60' time was 1.983
Had a lot of fun, saw some sub 10 second runs, a few dragsters and a jet dragster call the Chicago Rush. Get this 5.5 @ 287. You could tell the track was old and worn. Byron is a better track, but the Grove is less than 30 minutes away.

Grove give you any grief with regards to cage or arm restraints?
Of course there wasn't a whole lotta speed .
I'm surprised, people have told me that the Grove was a stickier track.
Arsenio seems safe.
