Thanks for the X-Mas Card Marty
Don't worry, it will buff right out!!! I did not notice the car first and was looking at the corner of your garage thinking man, it looks like somebody took that out. Then I saw the door track, then I saw the car.

I believe that Pat's cheerfull smile maybe produced under durress as Marty appears to have a very cinical stern look in his eyes and I believe that he maybe pressing on a pressure point in her back.
Although Pat claims that she slipped on the ice and disslodged a few of her teeth and bruised her arm, neck, legs, back, shoulders and feet and chest areas during her fall , that it had almost nothing to do with the small scratch to Marty's pride and joy.
Marty told me in the strictest of confidence that he was not at all upset with Pat for the little scratch on his red car 'cause he was thinking about having it painted Titanium with black stripes anyway and as far as the missing teeth, well, he told me that Pat has been struggling with paradontelginvinitesparanormaldisplacia disease for many years which would most definitley explain the sudden loss of teeth. That only leaves us for a loss as how she may have recieved the contusions and bruises! Or do we accept Marty's expanation of a rough night of cat and mouse play involving hickies after a latenight out at the Algonquin Taco Bell for dinner scinerio?
Man it is amazing what a person can learn from watching CSI Miami staring Marty's cusine David Caruso on CBS every night of the freakin week.

Ralphie
Yes, that picture is real and untouched ( the one we sent you not your touchup job). Patty had taken the Cobra back home from Jewel the morning of our outing to Gurnee, she had taken my place, ringing the bell for the Salvation Army, so that I could go out and have breakfast with yous guys. She took the Cobra home and I kept the van while I continued to ring the bell at Jewel. She thought that she would put the car in the garage for safety (weather concerns). I believe that she twisted to look out the back of the car and her foot slipped across both pedals and as she pressed harder on the "brake" she was also pressing harder on the gas. She took out the front corner of the garage with the garage door supports first, than proceeded into the back of the garage taking items, storage racks, my work bench, the furnace, the whole back wall of the garage, the fire wood rack outside the back of the garage and INTO the wooden permanently mounted shed. She's OK but was REALLY upset. The car did not disintegrate but did sustain a lot of superficial damage. Classic Roadsters are BUILT WELL!! More pictures to come and way more story at our next get together, maybe the Christmas party, maybe a snake and eggs. I'm just way glad that Patty was not hurt. The garage is in the process of being repaired, the Cobra is in the repair shop, these are things that can be made like new again, but you can never replace a loved one and for this I'm very gratefull that there are no injuries to her, and we are laughing about the whole thing now,and NO it will NOT be painted blue,NEVER!!!!!
In this season of Forgiveness, Patty and I want to wish everyone a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and please be gratefull for the things that you have.

Wow,
I thought it was a joke too. Glad to here Pat is alright. Sorry about the car though.
Maybe Patty will let you put in a bigger motor, slicks, NOS, hardtop, a/c, new 6 speed gearbox, 10 car garage with checkered floor and stripper pole, wireless laptop with Algonquin high speed internet, and wheelie bars since she feels so bad.
If not, at least try to get a new motor for me out of it.
Merry Christmas
By the way, we moved yesterday.
I will be having a little get together after Christmas (poker or something)
See you then.

I Hate Crashes!
Wow, Pat and Marty, I am really sorry for the fun I've made of the incident but I was totally convinced someone had done one hell of a job with Photoshop. I am happy to hear also that Patty didn't get hurt, as I said before, cars can be fixed.
This must have been the year for crashing RED Cobras, lets not repeat it in the years to come.
Ralph

Now for the real story........
Marty went drinking after the snake and eggs, picked up two Algonquin girls was parked in the driveway.
He THOUHGHT Patty was ringing the bell ,but AHHA! Busted!!!!!!!!
Patty senced something was up and caught Marty RED HANDED (they don't call him Red for nothin').
That's when Marty freaked out and messed up his get away.
His sinister plan had been foiled!
BUT WAIT! The getaway was clear..... back out of the yard through the neighbors yard and on to route 83!
"Yes I can make it " he thought.
Just when he hit the accelerator one of the girls garters got stuck in the steering wheel and....
Well, the rest as they say "IS HISTORY"
Don't ask me how I know....
I could tell you, but you know, then I would have to kill you.
Darkman (no not Sid)

Had to look twice, I thought it was just the glare from the sun. I hate when that happens, but I think BulletBrown got it right. Maybe you can divert some the kitchen funds to the cobra fund.
