I have SF for everything. They have the Cobra as a 1967 Ford Convertible (as it states on the title). They took some pictures of the car, a professional appraisal report, and wrote it up as a classic with a 5000 mi/yr limit for a couple hundred a year. Plus I can let it go dormant for the winter for next to nothing (a rebate), but it is still covered if the roof caves in or anything. I was pleasantly surprised.

I am paying $900/ 6months ($1800/yr) no restrictions and if the car is lost I will need to negotiate the price. Haven't had time to look around for someone else will need to do so soon.

I have my insurance w/Grundy. Agreed value, no restrictions, about 600 a year. They had a check in my hand for the total agreed value, in 8 days, and they were happy to insure the new car for the same rate.

State Farm is a premium carrier and depending on your ranking or score they can offer great coverage. I have American Family another Premium carrier and find them very good to work with over the years. I have my own car with them as a declared value of 60K, no mileage limits etc.. only stipulations are = must be garaged, must not be primary car, loose wording described a recreational or hobby kinda driven vehicle or I have multiple other cars as primary transportation but no mileage limit per year. My premium after other deductions is under $800 a year and 1K detectable. A great company to work with and have a bunch of stuff with them. Good luck and enjoy the car. Jeff C
