WCCC Membership
I'm interested in FINALLY becoming a member of the WCCC and would like to take the initial step(s) in doing so. I know a few WCCC members already (hopefully you won't hold that against me) ; also my wife and I have witnessed a few WCCC functions from afar over the years. I anticipate that I'll be putting the finishing touches on my cobra this summer, which made me curious about membership. So how does the process work; must I sacrifice a small goat or something of that nature to get in?

Without the color of your car, we can not establish the correct initiation ceremony. It varies wildly in part at least on car color. No hints guys until we know the color.

Candy brandywine at this point. I've gone over color choices a million times already, but I'm pretty sure I've settled on brandywine. If the color thing has ANYTHING to do with Byron, be careful; this little 302 runs on damn good oil my friend.

You have made it into the red car class (although just barely) so membership is easy., We have to keep the actual process secret, the blue car guys would freak. Welcome aboard!

Hey SloMo, I see you've got the basis covered to be inducted into "Marty's and Wolfie's Special WCCC's Pervert Division" of our club. Acknowledging that Candy is Dandy but Liquor is Quicker gets you in like Flynn! (even though our models appear to be much younger, we strictly adhere to Algonquin's law and promise they're at least 18 years of age! )

Lets get back to this goat thing.....
Do you have any other farm animals... Sid's still searching for the perfect woman.
Sorry about the red car. One day you'll learn. By the way, isn't that the color of Lipsticks car? You probably are quicker at the track than him though.
Welcome Slo ________

At the speed I travel if you blink twice you miss more than most people see in a lifetime---
From all those pictures, someone better check this guy out, he make be trying to infiltrate the club to check out the RedSnake---you know a red car would normally let him get a little closer to the subject that THEY are doing the satilite survellance on--of course after Wolfie and Marty get done with the iniation process he may defect and go to Aruba or just disappear

I think Slow Motion maybe a cobra stalker? He has been following the membership around from event to event. Watch your back guys
I wonder if he has any pictures of Sid's new wife?
Some of these pictures are from 100 Days to Snake & Eggs back in April of 2005 when we visited Gess Motorsports. At the time I was still driving Redsnake351. This was also the day the club was first introduced to Keith L. There Keith is pulling out of the parking lot in the Blue cobra. We all miss you Keith.

Ding ding ding! And the winner is hot427cobra. Yes, I've been a cobra stalker for many years and managed to sneak into Sid's wedding and reception -- thank you very much. In fact I have these pictures from last fall at Byron. Does this Kirkham and Red Snake helmet look familiar?
On a more serious note, I've met Keith and thinks he's a great guy. Is there something I'm missing here?

Nice pictures! Yes, Ralph was so kind to loan me his helmet that day. I still have an IOU Xmas gift coming my way once I get around to picking out a helmet.
Regarding Keith, this past summer he had an accident at work falling from a ladder. He never regained consciousness and passed away a week later. What we learned was Keith had chosen to be an organ donor with three individuals immediately receiving life saving organs upon Keith's passing. In total over 47 individuals received his gift of life. Keith was truly a great guy and always was there to lend a helping hand when a fellow cobra owner's car was broken down.

That red #37 car is definitely a slow one. That blue one he is lines up against is notorious for being pushed down the 1/4.
I guess at least their cars run...

I'm almost in shock and truly saddened with such terrible news. I spoke with him at Gess Motorsport for quite a while a couple of years back. I'm at a loss for words here, but how wonderful is it to know that Keith touched so many lives -- even after his calling. I Pray his family has found strength coping with their loss. Wow!
