Hopefully an engine install party on Saturday morning..... I've got a 50'x60' blue tarp, brass pole, 55 gallon drum of baby oil, an I Pod, a big stereo, a beer fridge, a rolling chassis (in blue of course) and a bunch of Algonquin bunnies.......
Anybody want to help? I will be picking up my engine Friday per Cory.

Does anyone think that the normal culmination of an engine install party (namely noise) is actually going to happen Saturday? the pedal car in Chris' garage hasn't made any for many months. Does Cory come along with the engine?

We will be done with Chris's cobra by 11am. That thing is going to be running on it's own power by noon.
Chris I'll be there at 8am if you like it or not. That thing is going to be running in it's own power by noon on the way to Clayton's for a carb tune. Then we get on the road and put some miles on it. Then comes Byron. Where I beat Chris since he will be running in the high 13's.

Huh...what...???
Hey, I'm this far from having my car back on its wheels. Got the diff back from Jerry but I needed different CV boots on the axles so I'm waiting on that, the seat heaters and the podercoat shop for the driveshaft loops. Probably be done just in time to be on call next weekend but then I should be back on the road.
See ya...

Hey Chris,
Your CB radio, cup holders and under-car neon lights can be picked up any time now at Frank's house....They came in a plain brown wrapper packaging I'm told......
