Reminder: the WCCC Summer Picnic is Saturday
OK,
Just a reminder, that the WCCC Summer Picnic is Saturday should it have slipped your mind.
Polish-up your car, find your lawn chairs, promise your lady anything if she comes with you, and we’ll see you at John’s house….the party starts at 10am and goes to 3pm…..and then it's off to the custard shop. Check here if weather is a factor, but assume it’s on unless posted otherwise….it’s supposed to be a hot one….See ya all there….

Looking forward to it. We're bring Marty's favorite apple slices. I'm sure they will become a lot of members favorite after Saturday.
We should have alot of new cobra's to check out with all the new members.
See you there.

Wish we could be there but Michelle and I will be flying 'round Road America all weekend. Have a great time! (I'd love to say save us an apple slice and a custard...)
Come on by if you're free, not Saturday (WCCC picnic) but Sunday... get info at Road America's website or NASA... Touring is $50 and shouldn't be anywhere near as crowded as BRIC. Full speed costs a bit more. :-)
Hope to see you all soon!

I'll see you guys at John's house. I'll be there early trying to wipe off the dirt from the Bric.

Chris,
I thought you were going? Wassup with that? I was hoping if Brandon came that he could have your kids to play with. Now, the only person the same age (if you go mentally not physically) is your father!

Only a 20% chance of rain in Long Grove. I won't be bringing my car cover...need a car wash.

The rain held off and we all had a great time with good friends and good food. Thanks to John for hosting the WCCC picnic again this year at his charming home.

Great Picnic!
Hey John and Sue, thank you very much for hosting the umm...
Front yard, yearly club get toghether we lovingingly refer to as a "PICNIC"
I noticed a distinct lack of club directors though!
Hmmmm..... is there something here that does not readily reveal itself?
Hmmm... NO Blas?, No Fred?, No Gary?
TSK,TSK,TSK... what will all the new guys think?

John and Sue, Thanks for your hospitality. Your house is georgeous. Maggie really wanted to see the nursery, but we had to start packing when the rain set in. It was great getting to see those that were there, and really wish we could have seen those who were not.
