Sten,
I'm trying to knock out the easy but time consuming task of drilling all these holes twice, once for the aluminum panels, and the second for the frame before I call on you and the rest of the WCCC group in the summer time to help me with the more difficult parts of build. I think it will be easier for me to get all-ya'll (that there is Texas talk I learned from my wife) down to Plainfield (which is close to Kentucky for most of the folks up in the northern woods of IL) if the weather is nice and I have the grill fired up along with adult beverages.
Blas,
$35.00 for 100 clecos. No real money. That will be a rounding error by the time I finish this build. Spring might be tough, but hopefully a go-cart some time this year.

Thanks guys. I've never used clecos before but now I'm hooked. What a time saver!!!!! I can't imagine screwing and unscrewing the panels even if you use a cordless drill. Clecos ROCK!
Oh yeah,
I marked, drilled and cleco'd the vertical rear AL panels yesterday. I'm leaving the horizontal panels alone since I wil probably be adding the ffmetal battery box and CobraEarl's cargo trunk kit. Time to work on the interior AL panels.
Later,
