I'm going until someone cancels or postpones this event. True company man here. Do we need a vote?

Guys,
Radar looks rough. I'm leaning toward canceling for rain. I will be here for a couple of customers anyway. It looks like we'll be getting wet.
How about some input before a more final decision?

I was really looking forward to getting the Cobra out for it's maiden voyage of the season, but that does not look to be in the cards. I have to get Brandon to Downer's Grove by 2:00 (we were looking forward to taking the Cobra there too), so was probably just going to breakfast. If people are making the trek and the skies are clear, I will go, but all likelyhood is that it is going to rain.

I agree, but I am biased, since I am one of the customers and am planning to pick up my Cobra on Sunday to avoid the rain on Saturaday.

Is this event on for Saturday the 26th still?
If so, what are the details?
Who's going?
What time are we meeting?
Is Gess still expecting us?
Who's running this event?
Where is my map? LOL

It was my impression that people were going to the UTI event.

The scheduled rain date for the WCCC's Gess Motorsport Event was this Saturday...
*
The UTI event was a 2nd event scheduled for this Saturday. Historically, we try to have a back-up date for most driving events. Sid probably waxed his car last Friday, so naturally it rained on your parade on Saturday, I believe the assumption was that the rain date would be used. Maybe the lack of coordination here is the cause of the confusion? Sid, please don't wax your car again this Saturday or Sunday, the WCCC has events scheduled.
*
Everyone is welcome to attend the UTI event, I have already posted an email to everyone as to where and when to meet for the UTI event...or just check the thread on Club Cobra with the poor spelling in the title...
*
DON"T FORGET THE 1ST CLUB MEETING THIS SUNDAY AT NOON.....

Sat. was a bit cold. We had a fair turn-out. Big thanks to Bill, Reiner, Amy & Greg for their help. Local Hot rod group came by with 3 cars. Sorry, no pics. Maybe one of the others can post some.
