But don't forget, It's 2 for 1 if you own a RED car at all WCCC events...Plus you get reduced rate memberdhip dues, a free gasoline card, first crack at reserving any of the rooms at all of our "Club WCCC" resorts and cruises line accomodations, and you'll ALWAYS be on the winnng team at all track events we participate in...

I see Chris has not taken his medicine today because he is still having dilussions.
Chris have you heard the saying that your first impulse is usually the correct one? Portofino is a red color not BLEW.

Nick,
Congrats on the purchase. Tell us more about your build, donor or non-donor, engine, rear end, etc....... My FFR kit was dropped off by Stewart Transport in early February. There are a number of FFR builders in the Chicago area.
Take care,
neil

I told you to take your meds. The first paragraph states that it is "Viking Blue"

progress update....
thought I would check in and give an update on my progress....got some sheetmetal on, steering installed, rearend in, brakes on and plumbed, pedal box in, and fuel system installed. I'm using a donor motor due to budgets constraints and have spent the last week and a half degreasing this thing. Worst experience of the build. Anyway...hope to have it cleaned up to a respectable level and drop it in in the next 5-7 days. there it is! I sent my paperwork the other day to join WCCC....

Nick, cleaning up the donor stuff is the worst part. It's all downhill from there. Your almost at a milestone in the build. Dropping in the motor/trans. charges up your attitude. Have fun, I think 3 guys is safe when doing this. 2 for guiding and 1 to operate the hoist.
