UYI Event Saturday
The gathering location for those interested in attending the WCCC event at the UTI on Saturday is the “Espresso Cup” Coffee Shop
Located at:
1455 W Lake St
Addison, IL 60101
(630) 424-1910
It is basically behind Aurellio’s Pizza, where our Club Meeting on Sunday is to be held.
We will leave the coffee shop at 9:45am sharp to get to UTI which is about 5 mins away…
Should be a nice car show, stay as long as you like, tour the school, get question answered about engine building, etc…
Saturdays weather is looking good…
Sundays weather is not looking too good….BUT THE SUNDAY CLUB MEETING GOES ON RAIN OR SHINE….
How to see you there…

Thanks to Ed and Steffen for the UTI invitation
On behalf of the members of the Windy City Cobra Club, I would like to thank Ed and Steffen for the invitation and the training that was prepared just for us. I know when I spoke with a few other club members and told them about the event, and they were all sorry they could not attend. We look forward to your next open-house event at UTI, which is also a very impressive automotive educational facility to tour. Hopefully the weather will be a lot warmer next time, so we can supply you many more Cobra’s for the car display …
I would especially like to thank our instructor for Q&A session and the hands-on “degreeing a camshaft” training. His knowledge and understanding of the subject was tremendous. Especially working with a bunch of bifocal’d old car-nuts who couldn’t read the graduations on the dial indicators….
