Default Nominations for New Board of Directors

It has been brought up to the attention of the club,
that there is only aprox. a short 90 days left
before the term of our present Board of Directors expires.

I thought it might be a good chance to have people step up and be counted as we have had some members be positive role models in this field.

Do we have any one that would like to self Nominate?
Don't be shy newer members are definitely encouraged to nominate.
If you want the kind of change that make a difference,
then step up to the plate and participate it's your club too!

There is no time like the present!
Throw your hat in the ring!

If we don't have all the spots filled as of right now I am willing to be on the board again next year.

Default Nominees

Wow! so far so good although at this rate there will be NO voting...

Just appointments I imagine.

Where are some of the new guys, yeah you know who you are.
Stand up and do a year as a club director, it's better than solitary.

Recent events have led me to nominate Blas for a return to his director emeritus position.

WE need HIM

Thumbs up Sid for Chairman

Sid,
Just heard the "side car Sid" stories when we were at Byron. Anyone who is a member of a Cobra Club for two years w/o a Cobra and rides shotgun for that long gets my vote to be on the board, be chairman or emperor!

Emperor? I like the sound of that. I'll be in India for a week or so at the end of June. When I get back I expect to be crowned. And yes Chris maybe even find a wife. Whats a guy got to do to get an acre of land and a few chickens? And a wife of course...Go to India!

So what's up with this?
Only Bob's comitted so far?
We really need to get 3 to 5 new people to step-up here...
Maybe a good topic for discussion at this Thursdays club meeting...
Or we can just shut the whole thing down...

Blas - How exactly to you come to the conclusion that because no-one other than Bob (& Sid & Tim by the way) has stepped up to replace the current directors that a reasonable option is to "shut the whole thing down"?
There were also several requests to have you back as a director. We must assume by your post that your answer is NO!

As far as I can tell, we still need another person to serve. Any takers?
