That's got possibilities. I'll let you know in the next day or two.
I do have to pick up Laura's son from the airport that evening. I think he might enjoy a ride in the Cobra instead of the every day same old car.

Is this sanctioned by Rolling Meadows? I thought they had moved it to Golf Road?
I like to go to that show, just hate taking my car....

The Friday night thing is no longer on Kirchoff Rd., it's been moved to Golf and Algonquin (at the Meijer's parking lot).
Still the largest Friday event ever.

Current web site has Kirkoff Road location and a previous post on a different threat also said it had moved back to this location.
Can you join us?
I will be watching the weather and radar to make my final decision on Friday.

That would be even better. They kicked everyone out of the Dominicks parking lot about two or three years ago, because of the plans to sell the property and build condo's. Looks like the economy may have given us a break if they're back on Kirchoff.
They used to be across the street at the McDonalds parking lot several years ago, and that's when it moved to the Dominicks lot.
I'll check it out on Friday.

I was at the show a few weeks ago and it was at the old location off of Kirchoff. The parking lot was full of all sorts of cars. Couple hundred cars I am guessing. The weather looks to be good.

WOW what great cars. My first time to this event and I was impressed for an every Friday . There must have been 200+ cars.
I think there were 7 or 8 from the WCCC, great to see all. Sorry Karlene did not come, but my son-in-law, Jody, was also very impressed. He is having a 32 Ford hot rodded, with a '53 Hemi. Not sure when it will be done. A shop in Addison is doing the work. I wanted to go there before the show, but they were closing early for Memorial weekend.
I am glad my Brother, Cal, was able to meet the group. Thanks again for the group that came.
Looking forward to the LCS and the trip to Devilshead Resort. Has the exact weekend been set???
