OK, so where are we meeting? What time?
In the past we have met up at the Mc D's
Or we could meet at the lake Forest Oasis?
Highway or Backroads?

How about those who want to cruise up together plan to meet at the McDonalds off the tristate on Grand avenue. I am pretty. Sure Grand ave is route #132. The McDonalds is just east of 294 right off the exit ramp. Let's plan to leave at 8:00am so we get to Road America around 10:30am. Who is interested?

Guys,
I'll meet everyone at Micky D's by 7:30AM with my cobra.
Call me on my cell phone if we need any last minute supplies for Road America and I'll bring them along.

Good Weather for Saturday!
For Saturday the weatherman predicts:
Partly Cloudy 71 Degrees!
GREAT DRIVING WEATHER!!!
The van is packed with all the cooking equipment, canopies and coolers ready to provide yus all with a great time when you get to Turn 5 to watch the races on Saturday.
Got help arranged from the Hotlanta LOLA Racing Team for setting up the canopies Thursday afternoon, so we can secure our usual WCCC hospitality site.
As always, everyone is invited to stop by for refreshments, snacks and food, compliments of the Windy City Cobra Club, until we run out!

Looks good for Jody, my son-in-law, to join me at KIT. However I will not be able to get there until late morning. Expect to drive the Cobra.

Wolfie, I think you miss-placed the "P". Any how I'm in the same boat if I don't get the car back together.

We are driving, but not meeting the group at McD.
Are we on the inside or outside of turn 5?
What gate is best to enter?
Plan to leave about 7AM from Rockford and should be there about 10 AM.

Guys,
We got a last minute charter that the customer specifically requested me to be their driver. Consequently I’m now assigned to work tomorrow and will be unable to attend the Road America KIC event.
Have fun and be safe

Sorry to hear you can't make it Frank.
Looks like a good day for a cruise. Out the door in half hour on the way up to Gurnee for the meeting place.

A great event again
Thanks to Ralphie, Rich and Judy for putting on another great event. Breakfast and lunch were great. The best location was staked out and the tents were all set up. The company was good. The weather was good enough for a nice drive in a Cobra, Thanks for a great day

Sorry I missed it! I'd love to see some pix if they're out there! It's so hot down here in the sunshine state that an open car is NOT something that you even think about! I'm really would have loved a day at the track!

Jerry,
Yes, I Saw "it" and it was cool! Took over 2 minutes for the sound to get to me, but it still was still pretty loud! HEAVY on the bass, but a bit weak on the treble! Worth every moment!
