Modified Lower Radiator Hose
Here is the modified lower hose to keep the surge tank on the LOW pressure side (water pump inlet) of the system. Not the most elegant but very functional. I found a glass filled nylon "T" taht is 1.75" and has a 1.0" fill line for the surge tank.

Trunk weather strip
Finished installation. Not very pretty, but using the larger dia. bulb wopuld not compress easily enough to permit the trunk to latch and allow the deck to be flush with the adjacent body. The original dia. weatherstrip did not compress along the top and sides at all.

Completed installation of a Canton Oil Thermostat on an ERA 427SC. Note that thermostat and plumbing is not very visible to someone looking at the car from a normal angle.

Not a very good picture as the block is in the car currently. Here you can see the 4 bolt mains.

V8 oil cooler
Ford Explorer V8 oil cooler. LONG made this OEM oil cooler for the mid 90's Explorers, if I can shoe horn this into place, it just might be the cooler I was looking for to keep the 460 oil temps uniform. This is hooked up in-line with the lower rad hose. This should have very good water flow rates to cool the oil.

Polished 304 stainless steel "Gilmore Kit". Finished.
Finished polished stainless steel side pipe. Cleaning is very easy with a quality polish. Much better than mild steel with a ceramic coating. These may last the life of the car. No glass pack to blow out. I use louvers instead. Look at the "muffler" photo.
