The Red one won best paint job and I think Pete's Gold Cobra was best car.

On the way to WSCB 2005
After driving climbing thorugh the mist near on the way to Reno, John Peterson, Cindy, and myself stopped to get some warm refreshments. I think this was near Kybers. It was pretty chilly.

1970? Howard 17 ft V-Drive
I think it has a HallCraft V-Drive unit if I can remember correctly. Haven't messed with it since about 1995. Maybe it'll be a winter project.
Engine is a 1962 409 Chevy, 380 HP model. 2 Blade prop.
Unlike my jet boat which kind of fish-tails its way around, this thing rides like it is on rails. Completely different feeling than the jet-boat.

I personally think it looks like a poorly done Chevy Vega especially from the rear. But, what do I know. It just sold for $2.31 million.
