Cobra_Dash_with_new_Glove_Box_Small_
Originally, I had the glove box lid closing precisely into the glove box opening. It just didn't look right so the hinges were re-designed and a new larger lid manufactured to fit over the glove box opening instead of into it. My feelings are that this looks far neater. I am happy with the result. Thanks for the idea Phil.

oil cooler scoop
I cut and trimmed a sheet of aluminum to put into the oil cooler scoop opening so that the glass mat was not visible.

Overall Hinge length
The title of the picture is the measurement of the item. This is modifying a Street Beast stock hinge, by adding a piece of 4" pipe in the middle. I used it on my car and I get about 22" of door opening.
