I use the Michelin tires with 17" UK Image wheels and that has change a lot in the way of driving.

My 1 ton Ford and Lance camper

the camper weighs 2750# so a 1 ton is needed the wheel base on this truck is 168 in.

Update: This car went to Snake Heaven in March of 2013. Yep, I spun-out on a flat curve and smacked a tree, crunched the frame (see pic in Aunt Bea's album)
