In Broken Arrow/Tulsa, OK. I built this custom home in 2006 and more importantly the SHOP to build my Cobra in..... Which I did. Shop is heated and Air Conditioned with a full bathroom. 40 X 35 ft., two 10 ft. over head doors. Electric all over the place. 220V for Welder and power to an RV pad next to the shop. I have to move to another state for work now so my dream play house has to go. Home and shop on 3 acres east of Broken Arrow. Road in front of the house is paved now as is the drive area in front of the shop. I thought some guys retiring or nearing retirement would like this. Call or write for more details or pictures. Home is custom and 3,200 sq.ft. has three car garage in addition to shop space.

I can see that you don't need the place now that your car is built. What a fantastic plan to get your wife to stop bugging you about the car while you were in the garage! That is a lot better than the jewelry , clothes and meals out that I generally resort to...
Seriously, what a fabulous looking home at such a reasonable price, best of luck with your sale.

Bob,
You didn't mention that the street in front of your house has since been paved. This is a great location and if you are in the market for a beautiful house and a few acres this would be a fantastic buy. Even better if you're a Cobra guy because Bob only lives about two miles from my house.
