UPDATE:
I obtained an SB-100 Certificate for the car on Jan 2, 2008, and have completed the SB-100 registration process so the car is permanently exempt from smog testing in California. If you are serious about buying an SPF with a big block motor, you have to check out this car.
ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION:
The time has come to part with this beautiful machine. I have too many toys and too much money tied up in them, and this simply doesn't get driven. The Supercharged FFR has gone to a nice home in AZ (coincidentally less than 50 miles from Gordon Levy, the original builder of that car).
This is SPF 790, in beautiful Royal Blue with white stripes. Motor is 460 Ford, stroked to 520 CID. Motor was built by Woodruff's in SoCal, and car was delivered to my friend (the original owner) from Hilbank Motors in 2001. Motor build specs indicate 600 hp and 620 ft/lbs torque, although I have not dyno'ed the car.
The car has the following option per the build sheet:
Mats, Car Cover, Stone Guards, Shoulder harness, Ceramic coated headers. I have the top, side curtains and lead hammer as well. This car has a little over 1300 miles, and is in absolutely pristine condition. The car was ordered by a friend, and he drove it sparingly. About two years ago, he started talking about selling it and I offered to buy the car from him, as I had taken a ride and was smitten. He decided it was worth more than he paid for it, and I passed on the car at the time. I was hooked on the look and speed of the car though, and started looking for another one. I ended up buying a supercharged FFR (which I sold last year - the post is still up on this board in case you're curious). Within a month after I bought the FFR, my friend decided he's willing to sell the car for what I offered him, so I ended up with both the FFR and the SPF. Long story short, I don't think I've put 100 miles on this car, as work and other interests have consumed most of my time, so now I've decided to let someone else have the fun.
Car now has SB100 certificate and I am completing the SB100 process. The car is as close to new in every respect as possible. Spends time sitting under its cover in a warehouse in Van Nuys. For more info, please call me at 818-915-3606, or pm/email me.

Do you have detailed info on the engine components and build?
Any wiggle room in the price?
I live in Atlanta but, my boss is in Huntington Beach so, I'm usually out there every 6-8 weeks. I also have family in Valencia and Santa Clarita.

Do you what would be involved to have this car registered in California ? Would it be a hassle ? I look forward to hearing back from you. The car is beautiful !

I bought the supercharged FFR and it is everything that the sell said it would be. I picked it up in Van Nuys and drove it back to Phoenix with no problems.
I saw the Superformance when I picked up the FFR and it looked very nice. I did not drive it nor do I know the condition of the car besides the outside appearance.
The seller was very easy to work with and I am very happy with the purchase of the FFR. If I was in the market for the Superformance, I would have no problem purchasing from this seller.

A quick update for anyone interested. Car is now registered in California and has an SB-100 certificate, so it is smog exempt for life in CA. It just doesn't get driven. If anyone is interested, make me an offer on this as close to new Cobra as you can get without buying it new and going through all of the SB100 hassles.
