Are you sure this is a side oiler? The side oiler had screw in plugs and yours has press in plugs.

Side oiler didn't exist until 1965.

Based on the blocks ID number, C4AE 6015A, it's a center oiler. With low riser "H" heads. OEM stock rocker arm shaft supports with NO END STANDS. High rpm will result in a broken shaft. No way this motor makes anywhere close to the claimed 780 horse. Who is 68Mustang?

There is a TON of miss information about FE's in general and side oilers in particular.

FACT IS, side oilers did not exist until 1965, period. ANY FE with a C4AE date code cannot possibly be a side oiler, no matter who says it is, they are mistaken.

Because this block has the lower cross bolt mains, typical of a side oiler, that may be why someone thought it was a side oiler. Though rare, there are a number of FE's blocks that did have the main bearing cross bolts, so that alone is not proof of a side oiler. Plus, THIS block does not have screw in freeze plugs, which are a MUST HAVE if it's a side oiler. It's a center oiler, for sure....

Good 427 topoiler is still a nice engine! 3.81 stroke crank? Maybe check into that a bit and see exactly what it is. Stock stroke is 3.78. Could be a custom made deal to match the aluminum rods. Depending on the block and head date codes might be good for a 63-62 R or Q code 427 car. I'd look more into the bottom end crank specs. Rocker assy seems odd with 3 slotted stands and 1 aluminum where the oil feed bolt goes. The slotted rockers are all clearanced for the oil passage. Is it the same on the other set? All you really need a couple of end stands depending how crazy the roller cam is. Price does not seem that bad. Long as your flexable it's a starting point.
