Superformance #298
Titled in NC as 1965 Ford Superformance
427W stroker with Dart Aluminum block, all forged internals, AFR205 aluminum heads, and custom fuel injection. Rotating assembly from Keith Craft running at around 580HP (have dyno results of 500HP to rear wheels). Tons of documentation and receipts showing the huge amounts of money spent on this cars suspension, brakes, and especially the engine.
I am relisting my Superformance with new pictures as most of the emails I got asked about what it would take to make it look more like it did originally. I spent 2 hours last weekend and put it back visually to what it looked like with the Knock off type wheels and single rollbar etc. It still has the fuel cell but the original fuel tank is included and it would be easy to put it back on. I am the third owner and have had it since August 06 and driven it a little over 2300 miles (total miles are about 10K). I have done lots of cruising, polishing, and cleaning, but that’s about it. The paint has the normal patina (few small rock chips etc) from road debris that a car of this mileage is likely to have, but looks awesome as most of it was saved by the invisible coating on rear wheel wells and complete front nose.
This car is not your average early Superformance in that it has most of the upgrades done that the new cars have (e.g. Willwood brakes, Bilstein shocks etc.), but has also recieved many upgrades that take this car to the next level. It was the passion of the previous owner to study, design, and build this into a more track ready car than it started out. Nothing but the BEST components were used. It comes with original Superformance 5 bolt Knockoff wheels and tires as well as the 17” wheels and tires. I think almost anyone with a desire for some track time will love the fact that it comes with everything to quickly turn it into a safer and better handling track car.
Any questions or concerns would be welcome. The price I am asking is thousands below what a roller would cost, and to build and install this drivetrain and suspension setup would put the cost of a new car into crazy money territory. I am completely open to and suggest having it checked out by your mechanic before a purchase. I will assist with shipping if necessary, but the fun thing to do would be come and get it and drive it home as I did.
For more pictures of the car (along with some other cool cobra pictures), please see my gallery here on ClubCobra. For a comple listing of compents and engine specs, please just ask.

Jay, I was thinking the same thing...that makes it approximately $16K for the roller/chassis. Color may make it a little difficult to move quickly, but at that price point someone is going to get a LOT of car for their money. I always did like the look of that FI set-up...looks tough!
Good luck, James!

At $39K, someone is going to steal this car. Super nice. Good luck with your sale.
