Description:

1966 Cobra 427 replicar, built locally in 2004. I’m the original owner, live in Wichita, KS, and have only put 2500 miles on it. Body and most components are from B&B Manufacturing, and the “donor car” was an ’86 Mustang GT.
The Ford 302 cubic inch (5.0 liter) V-8 engine has been bored out to 314 cubic inches, and forged rading pistons were added. Aluminum heads, Ford Racing F303 camshaft, Barry Grant Speed Demon 650 CFM 4 barrel carburetor, Edelbrock Performer RPM Air–Gap intake manifold, and an MSD electronic ignition. Side exhaust header/pipes are powder coated. Newly rebuilt 5-speed (T-5) manual transmission, a new King Cobra clutch, and a 3.73 posi-trac differential. Dyno tuned last winter to 288 HP at the rear wheels.
Seats and door panels are upholstered with aircraft-quality leather, carpeted interior and trunk, and B&B-installed chrome roll-bar. Pioneer AM/FM/CD with booster amp. Paint is Viper Red with clearcoat. Cooper Cobra tires with plenty of tread on 15” Weld Pro Star aluminum wheels.
Price reduced to $28,500, which is much less than the cost of a complete kit and without the cost/hours of labor. Serious inquiries can call me at 316-687-0215.

I've reduced the price to $29,000 OBO and listed it in the local paper's classifieds.
