Description: I have had my fun with this car for about 7 years since I completed the build in So. Calif. It was my daily driver in California. But since moving to the midwest, I just don't use it much anymore. I have set the price to what I think is a good deal, as I want it gone soon.

I am the original owner/builder of the car and have been a member of the forum since its first day back in 2002. I have since built a spec racer and that has also been sold off.

So here is some info on the car.

FFR #3358K. I replaced the engine (about 10K miles ago) with a brand new 302 Explorer motor, GT40P heads, cobra intake, 65mm TB, EFI. Estimate it puts out about 300 HP. Put in new clutch at same time. Enough HP to scare the crap out of you sometimes. Has Ford front disc, Ford rear drums, power steering and brakes. Heater and wipers, radio, convertible top, tonneau cover.

Runs perfect, mechanically great, no issues. During the original build I did a trunk mod that greatly increase the inside area of the trunk. Jeff Miller (Bat Man) did the paint and body finish. Car color is Candy Pearl Cranberry (this is between Mustang Laser Red and Corvette Magnetic Red), no stripes.

The car was my daily driver for several years, so it is not a show car. Here are the cosmetic "defects". If I was going to keep it, I probably would get it repainted at some point, usual road rash on the front, a scratch on one of the rear quarterpanels (my screw up the first time I drove it up into my toyhauler). The rollbar needs to be rechromed and the sidepipes could use new ceramic coat to clean them up. Replaced interior carpet a couple of years ago.

I have a complete build sheet in Excel that shows everything the car has.
Also included in price are an assortment of upgrade and spare parts, including set of new front coil over shocks, new FFR front lower tubular control arms (haven't had any time to install this upgrade), new in box FFR windshield assembly (crack in windshield due to a rude duck this last fall), at least one set of new fuel injectors, radiator hoses, air filters, spare wind wings and sun visors, and various other parts.

Technical stuff:
Explorer 5.0, GT40P heads, Explorer Intake, 300 HP, new 10K miles ago
65mm Throttle Body
Tubular headers
Cobra finned aluminum valve covers
T-5 World Class 5 speed
New clutch installed with new engine
Traction loc, 3.08 rearend
FFR 4 link rear suspension tubular control arms, poly bushing.
Power steering and brakes
Door panels
Radio/CD player, amp, electric antenna
Heater
Windshield wipers
Autometer gauges
Trunk Mod with gas shock lifts for truck lid

The car is sitting in my daughter's barn (yes, a barn find) located in Evansville, Indiana.

Thanks,
Bill Haas
